We are proud of our Diversified Home Specialties collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your order — within 30 days of receipt for furniture and within 90 days of receipt for all other items. There are no implied warranties after these parameters. All such claims outside of our store parameters must be made to the manufacturer.

PLEASE NOTE: ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM DIVERSIFIED HOME SPECIALTIES THAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED IS NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCLUDING MANUFACTURER'S DEFECTS. WE ALSO CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM ORDERS, MONOGRAMMED, PERSONALIZED, OR SALE ITEMS.

Returning an item is easy! You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, include the following information:

We will process your return and follow your instructions in accordance with our strict returns/refunds policy listed below. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient and affordable for you.

DIVERSIFIED HOME SPECIALTIES ASSUMES NO RETURN SHIPPING
COSTS OR LIABILITY ON BEHALF OF PURCHASER.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS THAT REQUIRE POSTAGE AND HANDLING AND/OR
INSURANCE ARE ASSUMED EXCLUSIVELY BY PURCHASER.

If you do not have your original invoice, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes the following information:

* A copy of your bill of lading
* Name
* Address
* Phone Number
* Order Number
* Item Description/Name
* Reason for Return
* Action to be taken upon return

Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form inside the box(s) with your merchandise. Be sure to retain a copy of all your documentation and keep it for your records and shipment tracking.

Non-furniture items can be returned at any of our Diversified Home Specialties stores. If you return your items to our Diversified Home Specialties Store, please provide photo identification and the original invoice for merchandise credit or refund.

A $25 RETSTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ANY AND ALL ITEMS RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND INCLUDE ALL PIECES/PARTS/MANUALS.

ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDING ALL PIECES/PARTS/MANUALS WILL BE ASSESSED A RETURN SURCHARGE UP TO BUT NOT EXCEEDING 50% OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE AND SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ORIGINAL INVOICED ORDER

ANY AND ALL ITEMS RETURNED BY PURCHASER C.O.D. WILL BE REFUSED BY OUR
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING DEPARTMENT PROMPTLY RETURNED TO SENDER.
