Shipping & Processing Information

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY. ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED TO THE ORDER

This is due to the wide variety of product sizes, weights and shipping methods used, and is in full accordance with our strict shipping policy listed below. We charge a 15% + $5.00 on most items. PLEASE NOTE: Certain items are drop shipped free of charge. Other items do require additional shipping charges.

YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL WITH A CONFIRMATION OF YOUR PURCHASE WITH THE ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS.

Your email confirmation will include the following information:

1. The cost associated with the item(s) purchased
2. The shipping costs associated with your purchase as outlined below
3. Credit card confirmation of total product and shipping costs
4. Invoice number
5. Method of shipment and Shipping Tracking Number

In House Shipping and Processing
Purchases shipped from our Warehouse typically arrive within five to fifteen days from receipt of the order. Note: Items sent directly from our warehouse may take longer and items ordered together may ship in separate boxes. You will be notified of method of shipping and tracking order upon payment confirmation.

Standard Shipping and Processing
Purchases shipped from a Vendor Warehouse typically arrive within five to fifteen business days of receipt of the order. Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Orders being shipped to AK or HI will be charged an additional $10 for standard shipping and processing. (There will be an additional surcharge of $250 per order). We do not ship to US Territories, APO, or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please call our DHS Sales Department @ 1-877-562-0160.

Large Bulky Items
Because furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky, heavy, and may have limited availability and/or additional shipping charges, these items have a delivery and processing surcharge; the additional shipping charges will be sent via email along with your confirmation of purchase.

Rush Delivery and Processing
For an extra charge of $15 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 3 pm PDT Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within two to five business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.) Note: Rush service is not available for some oversize items, out of stock items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the 48 states.
